About
For over twenty years, Eric Van De Water has developed a commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on creditors’ rights and construction and real estate litigation. He helps clients resolve issues with business customers ranging from simple account collections to more complex contract disputes and suits to enforce lien or bond rights in connection with construction projects. He also assists clients with pre-litigation strategies as well as actions in the state, federal and bankruptcy courts of Georgia.
